The Opportunity
Working with Explore Trekking Adventures puts you at the intersection of real travel industry operations and international client relationships. This is not a desk role in a distant office processing bookings for somewhere you have never been. You are working on the ground, or directly supporting operations on the ground, in one of the most extraordinary natural environments on earth.
Our team regularly interfaces with guests from Europe, North America, and beyond. You will develop a fluency in international travel culture, client expectations, and the kind of service standards that serious travellers demand. That experience travels with you throughout your career.
We believe in giving people genuine responsibility early. There is no long queue to be heard here. If you are good and you are committed, you will grow quickly. You will also build hands-on expertise in tourism operations that very few people in the world get to accumulate: expedition logistics, safety and risk management at altitude, wildlife field knowledge, and the intricate choreography of multi-day itinerary execution. This is experience that cannot be taught in a classroom.

You communicate clearly with international clients, take responsibility when things go wrong, and have a genuine curiosity about travel and what makes experiences worth paying for. Relevant experience in tourism or hospitality helps, but it is your mindset and professionalism that we will ultimately hire for.
For field roles — guides, drivers, and expedition crew — we need people with demonstrated competence and a strong safety record.
