I cannot say enough good things about Martin and the explore trekking adventure team. We had a guided trekking tour for Mount Kilimanjaro. It is easily one of the best experiences of my life. I can’t put into words how beautiful the mountain is. The ETA group made the trip. They were professional and went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful experience. They took care of everything. if you are going to Tanzania to hike Kilimanjaro, I would not recommend going with anyone else.

Charity Concert on Roof of Africa
We had a crazy plan to do the first charity concert on the roof of Africa.Martin, the boss of ETA, listened to us , prepared the best route, and brought all the way up while guaranteeing that we have fun.Not easy because the youngest was 27 and the oldest 60, different physical conditions and we had a lot of specific equipment. More than a recommendation, I sincerely advise ETA and Martin to take full advantage of this beautiful climb. Climb of a lifetime! (7 day Machame route)
We climbed Kilimanjaro with Explore Trekking Adventure in 7 days via the Machame Route and had an all-around amazing experience!The planning was exceptional and all our requests and questions were answered promptly. The team of guides, chef, waiter and porters was amazing and alsways made us feel safe and protected. Especially our guides Tammy and Akasio were outstanding and helped us reach the summit even under most difficult circumstances! We cannot thank them enough for this amazing experience and can highly recommend the tour company to anyone interested to climb Kili!This was 10/10! 🏔️

Incredible Kilimanjaro climb!
Cannot say enough good things about my experience climbing Kilimanjaro with ETA! I couldn’t say no to joining my friends on this once-in-a-lifetime adventure, but in reality I’m a novice hiker with a real fear of heights. Martin and his team made this an incredible experience from start to finish, and the whole production was executed with such detail and precision that we were set up for success. Specifically, I felt safe and supported the whole way, including at several “scary” climbing points. We were fed three hot and tasty meals a day and had all the fresh, boiled water we needed for drinking and bathing. We got the rest and time to acclimate that our bodies needed. We were led and directed in a way that prepared us for that final summit climb, with Martin getting to know us individually and as a team so that he could comfortably push us, which allowed us to make it to the summit to witness the most amazing sunrise I’ve ever seen. And perhaps best of all, we met incredible people - our guides, cooks, porters - who encouraged us each day and celebrated our success with us. I cannot thank Martin enough for this experience, and for sharing his beautiful country and people with us!

It is with great enthusiasm to review Martin and his team on this incredible trekking adventure to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro. We went with a group of 4, all of us with varied experiences. ETA created a community in our group, seamlessly combining the thrill of exploration with the warmth of human connection. We kept saying how there were no words could describe our experience, but it was nothing short of extraordinary. We could only imagine the number of moving parts and details that occurred behind the scenes to make this adventure possible. Martin and his team were incredibly professional and well-prepared. If we felt tired, all we had to do was look to our guides and porters (who carried 3x as much as us) and were motivated to push through. Watching our guides and porters’ transverse the rugged terrain with such grace spoke highly to their exceptional physical skill and grit. Our guides got to know us over the week before summiting. They observed how we hiked, what motivated us, our strengths and weaknesses and expertly prepared us for the big night. We were able to summit at sunrise, one of the top experiences in my life. All of us left this adventure feeling accomplished and invigorated. I can’t recommend ETA highly enough - they are INCREDIBLE! My 3 best friends and I climbed Mt Kilimanjaro last week - none of us with much mountaineering experience. Martin and his team took such great care of us from the moment we stepped foot in Tanzania. Their knowledge of the mountain and 100% dedicated focus on our well being kept us safe throughout the entire adventure, and ensured a successful summit.
