Day 1: Arusha / Moshi – Tarangire National Park – Karatu

Your safari begins with a morning pickup from Arusha or Moshi, followed by a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park. Known for its large elephant populations and iconic baobab trees, Tarangire offers a classic African safari experience with diverse wildlife including lions, giraffes, zebras, and a wide variety of bird species.

Enjoy a full-day game drive with a picnic lunch inside the park. In the late afternoon, you’ll exit the park and drive to the nearby town of Karatu, located on the edge of the Ngorongoro Highlands. Dinner and overnight at your lodge.
