Arusha/Moshi – Materuni Waterfalls & Coffee Tour – Arusha/Moshi
Morning:

Pick-up from your hotel in Arusha or Moshi at 7:30 AM, followed by a scenic 2-hour drive to Materuni Village. Upon arrival around 9:30 AM, meet your local Chagga guide and begin a 45-minute guided hike through green farmlands and lush forests to reach Materuni Waterfall. The walk offers scenic views, birdlife, and insights into the local flora. Arrive at the waterfall around 10:30 AM, where you’ll enjoy time to relax, take photos, and optionally swim in the refreshing natural pool.

Lunch:

At around 12:00 PM, begin your walk back to the village for lunch. A traditional Chagga meal will be served, featuring local favorites such as banana stew (machalari), rice, vegetables, and seasonal fruits. The meal is often prepared by locals and served outdoors in a communal setting, offering a warm cultural exchange and the chance to ask questions about village life and customs.

Afternoon:
